Found a wrong question?

Use the “Report a problem” button next to the question itself. That is the fastest route: it tells us exactly which question you mean, it needs no explanation, and when three different people report the same question it comes down automatically while we re-check it.

Reporting a mistake is a contribution, not a complaint. Every report makes the next student's questions better.

Email info@talkingpencil.com. Please tell us which page you were on and, if it matters, which year and subject.

For anything about your own or your child's personal data — a copy of it, a correction, or deletion — say so in the subject line and we will treat it as a data request.

What we cannot do

We cannot give individual tutoring, mark schoolwork, advise on school placement or examination entries, or tell you what your child's school will cover next. Those belong with your child's teachers.
